sleep is very very important thing in our life. If you can't sleep for adequate time, you can't work for all day. Also you feel boring and discourage. You want a good sleep but you don't know how to sleep fast in 5 minutes. Here is the 8 tips that can help you sleep fast in 5 minutes....



1. Complete your dinner at least 2 hours before going to bed. Its help you digest your dinner properly. Your sleep, can't disturb you for any digesting problem. Also remember to drink adequate water before going to bed.



2. Do not drink coffee, tea such thing at least from 1 hour before going to bed.

3. You can take a shower before going to bed.

4. Do not use any electronics thing like smartphone, computer, laptop, tv at least from 30 minutes before going to bed.

5. Read some motivational books.

6. Do not over think what happened all day. Just feel relaxed, all thing will be good.

7. Do meditation at least for 5 minutes only.

8. Sleep with good posture what relaxed you.
